JEAN�EONC ity Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 1569 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "U" (UNCLASSIFIED) DISTRICT TO P -D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT (Laurel Glen - 26 San Pablo Avenue) THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael, California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Municipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following real property from "U" (Unclassified) District to P -D (Planned Development) District. Said property so reclassified is located at 26 San Pablo Avenue, San Rafael, County Assessor's Parcel 179-321-40, which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A". DIVISION 2. Any development of this property shall be consistent with the Laurel Glen Master Plan and conditions approved by the Planning Commission on August 15, 1989, for UP88-104(b), ED88-106(b) and TS89-2(b). DIVISION 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such holding or holdings shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The Council declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. DIVISION 4. This ordinance shall be published once in full before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage. Road, where said road crosses what was formerly known as the Dixon Puerto Suello, said point being where said road is intersected by the Northerly boundary line of the "Coleman Tact"; thence along the summit of the San Peddo Ridge and following the Noathe"r Cy yundary line of the "Cboleman Tract", North 45 35' E8st 469.8 feet, SoutF.
