the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1490 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING CHAPTER 2.08 OF THE SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was
introduced at a REGULAR meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, held on the 2ND day of
JULY , 1984, published as required by City Charter in the
INDEPENDENT -JOURNAL , a newspaper published in the City
of San Rafael and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at
a REGiiLAF. meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 16TH day of JULY 19 84, by the following
vote, to wit:

ORDINANCE NO. 1490
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING CHAPTER 2.08 OF THE SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATINr, TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Title 2, of Chapter 08, Article 160 of the San Rafael
Municipal Code is amended to read:
SECTION 2.08.1.60: Salary of City Attorney.
The City Attorney shall receive, as compensation
for the services performed by him, the sum of
$2,400.00 per month.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be published once in full before
its final passage, in the Independent Journal, a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and
shall be in full force and effect 30 days after its final passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 1490 was read and introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael on
the 2ND day of JULY , 1984, and ordered passed to
print by the following vote, to wit:
