the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1410 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION
14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
DISTRICT to R -3-N (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL - NONCONFORMANCE
ADJUSTMENTS) DISTRICT (Latham, Shaver, "F", Hayes & Third Sts.)
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, held on the twenty-first day of
September 9 19 81 published as required by City Charter in the
San Rafael News/Pointer , a newspaper published in the City
of San Rafael and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at
a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the fifth day of October , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM C-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT TO R -3-N (MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL - NONCONFORMANCE ADJUSTMENTS) DISTRICT
(Latham, Shaver, "F", Hayes and Third Streets)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the San
Rafael Municipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following
real property from C-2 (General Commercial) District to R -3-N
(Multiple Family Residential - Nonconforming Adjustments)
District. Said property so reclassified is located on Latham
Street, Shaver Street, "F" Street, Hayes, and Third Street, San
Rafael, County Assessor's Parcels 11-241-03, 11-241-04, 11-241-05,
11-241-06, 11-241-07, 11-241-08, 11-241-09, 11-241-10, 11-241-11,
11-241-12, 11-241-13, 11-241-14, 11-242-12, 11-242-13, 11-242-14,
11-242-16, 11-242-17, 11-242-18, 11-242-19, 11-242-20, 11-242-21,
11-242-22, 11-242-23, 11-242-24, 11-242-25, 11-242-26, 11-242-27,
11-242-28, 11-243-01, 11-243-02, 11-243-03, 11-243-04, 11-243-07,
11-243-08, 11-243-09, 11-243-10, 11-243-11, 11-243-12, 11-243-13,
11-243-14, and 11-243-15.
DIVISION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.
