Ex -officio Clerk of the Council of said City, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1418 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY
SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA,
SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "U" (UNCLASSIFIED)
DISTRICT TO P -C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) DISTRICT (50 Wellbrock Heights)
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, held on the seventh day of
December , 1981, published as required by City Charter in the
Independent -Journal , a newspaper published in the City
of San Rafael and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at
a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the twenty-first day of December 1981 by the following
vote, to wit:

ORDINANCE NO. 1418
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "U" (UNCLAS-
SIFIED) DISTRICT TO P -C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) DISTRICT
(50 Wellbrock Heights)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Muni-
cipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following real property
from "U" (Unclassified) District to P -C (Planned Community)
District. Said property so reclassified is located at 50 Wellbrock
Heights, San Rafael, a portion of County Assessor's Parcel 175-060-44
and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most
easterly corner of Lot 13 as the same is shown on the map entitled,
"Map of Terra Linda Unit 15", recorded August 16, 1960 in Map Book
10 at page 72, Marin County Records, which corner is on the
northerly and easterly lines of Wellbrock Heights as shown on said
map; thence along a curve to the left whose radius is 45.00 feet
and whose center bears North 21 degrees 30' West through a central
angle of 38 degrees 56' 33" an arc distance of 30.58 feet, thence
on a curve to the right tangent to the preceding curve whose radius
is 45.00 feet through a central angle of 153 degrees 18' 50" an
arc distance of 120.41 feet, thence leaving said curve South
59 degrees 30' East 222.00 feet, North 69 degrees 03' East
117.14 feet, South 61 degrees 40' East 325.00 feet, South 28 degrees
20' West 296.00 feet, North 61 degrees 40' West 286.00 feet, North
21 degrees 00' West 197.11 feet, North 59 degrees 30' West 182.00
feet, North 21 degrees 30' West 33.00 feet, thence on a curve to
the left whose radius is 45.00 feet and whose center bears North
00 degrees 06' 15" East through a central angle of 17 degrees
20' 18" an arc distance of 13.62 feet, thence on a curve to the
left tangent to the preceding curve whose radius is 45.00 feet
through a central angle of 38 degrees 56' 33" an arc distance of
30.58 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 14 -which corner is
on the southerly and easterly lines of Wellbrock Heights as shown

on said map of Terra Linda Unit 15, thence along the easterly
line of Wellbrock Heights North 21 degrees 30' West 50.00 feet to
the point of beginning containing 3.105 acres more or less.
DIVISION 2. Any development of this property shall be
subject to the conditions outlined in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 1418 was read and intro-
duced at a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, held on the 7th day of December , 1981, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San
Rafael at a g,,., 12, meeting of the Council to be held on the
21st day of December 1981.

EXHIBIT "A"
Condition which was included as part of the zoning
(Z81-17) action by the Planning Commission on
November 10, 1981:
(a) The use of Parcel B as shown on the tentative map
s81-23 is approved for a church facility. The
buildings shall substantially conform to the exhibits
of ED81-57. The use shall be more precisely
regulated by use permit UP81-57.
