Ex -officio Clerk of the Council of said City, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1436 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION
14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM P -C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) DISTRICT
TO P -D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT (3825 Redwood Highway)
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, held on the nineteenth day of
July , 19 82, published as required by City Charter in the
San Rafael News/Pointer , a newspaper published in the City
of San Rafael and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at
a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the second day of August , 1982, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner

ORDINANCE NO. 1436
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM P -C (PLANNED
COMMUNITY) DISTRICT TO P -D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT)
DISTRICT
(3825 Redwood Highway)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Muni-
cipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following real property
from P -C (Planned Community) District to P -D (Planned Development)
District. Said property so reclassified is located at 3825 Redwood
Highway, San Rafael, County Assessor's Parcels 179-041-22 and 24,
and described in attached Exhibit 'A'.
DIVISION 2. Any development of this property shall be
subject to the development plans (identified under UP82-26, ED82-16
approvals) approved by the Planning Commission on June 29, 1982.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 1433
The foregoing Ordinance No. 1436 was read and intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, held on the 19th day of July , 1982, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San
Rafael at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the
second day of August , 1982.

All that certain real property situate in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin,
State of California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
A PORTION of the 1.05 acre parcel of land adopted by the State of California and
as described in Instrument No. 6536, recorded December 31, 1948 in Book 600 of
Official records at page 499, Marin County Records, more particularly described as
follows:
CONIMENCI14G at the most Westerly corner of said 1.06 parcel, said corner being on
thS Southeasterly line of the Northwestern Pacific Rgilroad Right of .Way, thence South
33 01' 34" East to a point which bears North 59 35' East from the most Easterly
corner of Lot 7 in Block 26, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Map of Subdivision
"A" of Golf Links Tract Near San Rafael, Marin County, California", filed for record
January 14, 1908 in Vola me 2 of Maps at page 107, Marin County Records, thence
from said point South 59 35' West to the Easterly codner of Lot 7 in Block 26, map
above referred to, thence in a direct line North 29 10' 11" West to the point of
commencement.
