SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, SO AS TO RECLASSIFY
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT TO R-4 (TRANSIENT RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT

is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City
and was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of San Rafael, held on the
21st day of January 19g0, published as

and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City

ORDINANCE NO. 1363
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALI-
FORNIA ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FROM R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT TO R-4 (TRANSIENT RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the
Municipal Code, is amended by reclassifying the following real
property from R-1 (Single Family Residential) District to R-4
(Transient Residential) District. Said property so reclassified
is located at 1741 Lincoln Avenue, a portion of County Assessor's
Parcel 11-064-05, which is more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point North 670 15' West 90.2 feet
from Lincoln Avenue at the most southeastern corner
of Lot 11, Block F, Villa Lots "Map of Coleman's
Addition No. 1", filed April 27, 1878 in book 1
of Maps at page 29, Marin County Records, and
running thence South 26° 35' East 54.85 feet;
thence South 67° 08' West 32.96 feet, thence
North 570 43' 30" West 40 feet, thence North 27°
43' 40" West 40.6 feet, thence North 19° 33' West
31.52 feet, thence North 670 15' East 50.65 feet,
thence South 260 35' East 50 feet to the point of
beginning.
DIVISION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in
full before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and
shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final
passage.

Ordinance No. 1363
The foregoing Ordinance No. 1363 was read and introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
held on the 21st day of January 1980, and ordered passed to
print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael
at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the 4th day
of February , 1980.
