hereby certify that the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1377
entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY
SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO RECLASSIFY
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R -1:B-4 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
MINIMUM LOT SIZE ONE ACRE) DISTRICT TO "0" (OPEN SPACE) DISTRICT
(150 Main Drive - Former Arntz Property)
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, held on the fifteenth
day of September , 1980, published as required by City
Charter in the Marin Suburban Newspapers , a newspaper
printed and published in the City of San Rafael and passed
and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a regular
meeting .of the City Council of said City held on the sixth
day of October , 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILKEAfBERS:Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:Nixon

ORDINANCE NO. 1377
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY
REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO RECLASSIFY
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM R -1:B-4
(SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL MINIMUM
LOT SIZE ONE ACRE) DISTRICT TO "0"
(OPEN SPACE) DISTRICT
(150 MAIN DRIVE - FORMER ARNTZ PROPERTY)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Muni-
cipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following real property
from R -1:B-4 (Single Family Residential Minimum Lot Size One Acre)
District to "O" (Open Space) District. Said property so re-
classified is located at 150 Main Drive, and shown as Assessor's
Parcel 186-051-10.
DIVISION 2. This zoning shall become effective in
accordance with Section 65859 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 1377 was read and intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, held on the 15th day of SP11tPmhPr , 1980, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San
Rafael at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the
6th day of October , 1980.
