FROM COUNTY R-1:13-4 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL MINIMUM LOT SIZE ONE ACRE)
DISTRICT TO R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (7 & 9 Balboa Ave.)
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was
introduced at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, held on the ninth day of
March , 1981, published as required by City Charter in the
Marin Suburban Newspapers, Inc. , a newspaper published in the City
of San Rafael and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at
an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the twentv-third day of March , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:

ORDINANCE NO. 1388
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL PREZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FROM COUNTY R -1:B-4 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
MINIMUM LOT SIZE ONE ACRE) DISTRICT TO R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
(7 & 9 Balboa Avenue)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Muni-
cipal Code is amended by prezoning the following real property
from R -1:B-4 (Single Family Residential Minimum Lot Size One
Acre) District to R-1 (Single Family) District. Said property so
prezoned is located at 7 & 9 Balboa Avenue, San Rafael, County
Assessor's Parcels 16-131-07 & 16-162-02.
DIVISION 2. This zoning shall become effective in
accordance with Section 65859 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in
full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 1388 was read and intro-
duced at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, held on the 9th day of March , 1981, and ordered
passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San
Rafael at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council to be held
on the 23rd day of March, 1981.
