is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City,
and was introduced at a
regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of San Rafael, held on the5th
day of February 19 79 Published as re-
quired by City Charter in the San Rafael Pointer 7
a newspaper printed and published in the City of San Rafael
and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 20th day of February 19 79 ' by the

ORDINANCE NO. 1323
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM A-2 (LIMITED AGRICULTURAL)
DISTRICT TO R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
(CORNER OF RIDGEWOOD DRIVE AND ELIZABETH WAY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Municipal
Code, is amended by reclassifying the following described real
property from A-2 (Limited Agricultural) District to R-1 (Single
Family Residential) District. Said property so reclassified is
located at the corner of Ridgewood Drive and Elizabeth Way, San
Rafael, and shown as County Assessor's Parcel 10-081-07.
DIVISION 2. This zoning shall become effective in
accordance with Section 65859 of the Government Code of the State
of California, Prezoning of unincorporated territory.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in
full before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and
shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final
passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 1323 was read and introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael, held
on Monday the fifth day of February 1979, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mulryan , Nixon and Mayor Bett ini
NOES: COUNC I LMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen
and will come up for adop.tion as an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael at a
regular meeting of the Council to be held on Tuesday the 20th
day of February , 1979.
