DISTRICT TO R -1-B-4 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM BUILDING
SITE AREA ONE ACRE) DISTRICT
is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City,
and was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of San Rafael, held on the 19th
day of June 19 78 Published as re-
quired by City Charter in the Terra Linda News ,
a newspaper printed and published in the City of San Rafael
and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 5th day of July 19 78' by the
following vote, to -wit:
Ayes: Councilmen: Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Vice -Mayor Jensen
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Councilmen: Mayor Bettini

ORDINANCE NO. 1299
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAFL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE,
SO AS TO PREZONE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM A -2:B-4
(LIMITED AGRICULTURAL, ONE ACRE PARCEL) DISTRICT TO R -1-B-4
(SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM BUILDING SITE AREA ONE ACRE)
DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Municipal
Code, is amended by prezoning the following described real property
from A -2:B-4 (Limited Agricultural, One Acre Parcel) District to
R -1-B-4 (Single Family Residential, Minimum Building Site Area One
Acre) District. Said property so prezoned is located at Three Red
Rock Way, San Rafael, and shown as County Assessor's Parcel No.
179-232-07.
DIVISION 2. This zoning shall become effective in accord-
ance with Section 65859 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and
shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final
passage.

The foregoing Ordinance No. 1299 was read and introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael held
on Monday the 19th day of June , 1978, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Vice -Mayor Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mayor Bettini
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael
at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the 5th. day of
July , 1978.
