passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the

ORDINANCE NO. 1208
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM C-1 (RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1: The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael, California, adopted
by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Municipal Code, is amended by reclassifying
the following described real property from C-1 (Restricted Commercial) District to
C-2 (General Commercial) District. Said property so reclassified is located at
4136 and 4140 Redwood Highway and shown as County Assessor's Parcels 155-071-28 & 29.
DIVISION 2: This Ordinance shall be published once in full before its
final passage, in the Terra Linda News , a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 1208 was read and introduced
at a ar meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael, held
on Mnnrlay , the 19th day of January 1976, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote to wit:

NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael at a
reqular meeting of the Council to be held on Monday the 2nd
