ORDINANCE NO. 1213
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE SUBSECTION (1)
SECTION 2.16.028 - REGULATION OF USE OF PARK AND/OR
RECREATION FACILITIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. Subsection (1) of Section 2.16.028 - Regulation
of Use of Park and/or Recreation Facilities - of the Municipal Code of
the City of San Rafael is hereby amended as follows:
(1) With the exception of specifically night -lighted facil-
ities, no person shall be allowed to enter, loiter, or remain in or
on any City park and/or recreation or open space facility at any time
between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. without the prior written
approval or authorization of the City Manager or his designee.
DIVISION 2. The Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in the Independent Journal , a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the
City of San Rafael, and shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, held on the 17th day of February , 1976, and
