Planned Development (PD 1666) to Francisco Blvd. West Commercial (FBWC); 2) Reconfigure the
Parking Lot to Replace the Parking Removed by the Highway 101 Widening Project; and 3) Establish
a Master Use Permit Specifying the Allowed Uses as Specialty Retail Commercial Uses Generally
Emphasizing Home Improvement Products and Other Projects Used in the Home; APNs: 013-051-06,

for the Lincoln/Mission Residential Condominiums Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (CD)
