San Rafael City Council Albert J. Boro, Councilmember
Dorothy L. Breiner, Councilmember
Gary R. Frugoli, Councilmember
Joan Thayer, Councilmember
Absent: None
Also Present: Pamela J. Nicolai, City Manager/Deputy City Clerk
1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS TO FILL VACANCY ON THE PARK AND RECREATION
COMMISSION (CC) - File 9-2-4
At their meeting on September 5, 1989, the Council authorized the
City Clerk to call for applications to fill the unexpired term on
the Park and Recreation Commission due to the resignation of Steven
F. Arago.
Eight applicants were interviewed: Roberta Detz, Philip J. Downs,
Noreen Kimelman, Michael Koppel, Dolores Lydon, Carlene McCart,
Andrew Ragnes and Dorothy Vesecky.
After discussion, the Council unanimously agreed to appoint Carlene
McCart, to fill the unexpired term to the end of May, 1990.

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
