2. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement for Adopt Resolution.
Professional Services with RBF Consulting for Assistance Needed to
Prepare an Environmental Impact Report for the San Rafael Target
Store at Shoreline Center (Term of Agreement: from June 20, 2007 -
June 20, 2008, for an Amount Not to Exceed $285,806.00) (CD)
3. Summary of Legislation Affecting San Rafael (CM) Accept report.
4. Resolution Authorizing an Agreement for Professional Services with Adopt Resolution.

8. Resolution Authorizing the City of San Rafael to Enter Into an Adopt Resolution.
Agreement with the County of Marin to Receive Funds for the Non-
Motorized Transportation Pilot Program (NTPP) and Authorizing the
