The Council met in closed session to discuss property acquisition.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 11, 1986
We, the undersigned, individually, do hereby waive notice of
the Special Joint Dinner Meeting between the City Council of
the City of San Rafael and the San Rafael Board of Education,
to be held at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, February 11, 1986 at the
Velvet Turtle Restaurant, 4020 Civic Center Drive, San
Rafael, California, and further agree that any and all
business transacted at said meeting shall be as valid as
though said meeting was held after notice duly given.
This waiver of notice of and consent to said meeting is made
in compliance with Government Code Section 54956 and has been
signed by each of the undersigned at or prior to the time the
said meeting convened and each of the undersigned consents
that this Waiver of Notice, etc., may be filed with the Clerk
of the City of San Rafael.
