In the San Rafael City Hall Conference Room 201, Monday, April 21, 1986 at
6:30 PM.
Special Meeting: Present: Lawrence E. Mulryan, Mayor
Dorothy L. Breiner, Councilmember
Gary R. Frugoli, Councilmember
Richard Nave, Councilmember
Jerry Russom, Councilmember
Absent: None
Others Present: Pamela J. Nicolai, City Manager; Jeanne M. Leoncini, City
Clerk
Re: INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS:
a. FIRE COMMISSION (ONE VACANCY) - File 9-2-5
Council interviewed the following two applicants:
Roger J. O'Donnell
Jeremiah Sweeney
After discussion, Councilmember Frugoli moved and Councilmember Russom
seconded, to appoint Roger J. O'Donnell to serve on the Fire Commission
for a 4 -year term to expire the end of March 1990, with Jeremiah Sweeny
appointed to serve as an alternate.

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
b. BOARD OF REVIEW (PERSONNEL) ALTERNATE - File 9-2-12
Council interviewed the following three applicants:
Pamela Francisco
John Gilleran
Edward Wachsman
After discussion, Councilmember Nave moved and Councilmember Russom
seconded, to appoint John Gilleran to serve on the Board of Review
(Personnel) as an Alternate for a 6 -year term to expire the end of
February 1992.
There being no further business, the special meeting was adjourned.
