In the San Rafael City Hall Conference Room 201, Monday, August 5, 1985 at
6:00 PM.
Special Meeting: Present: Lawrence E. Mulryan, Mayor
Dorothy L. Breiner, Councilmember
Richard Nave, Councilmember
Jerry Russom, Councilmember
Absent: Gary R. Frugoli, Councilmember
Re: INTERVIEWS OF PLANNING COMMISSION APPLICANTS TO FILL ONE VACANCY
(UNEXPIRED TERM TO END OF JUNE, 1987) (CC) - File 9-2-6
Council interviewed the following seven applicants:
Ken Bangart
Alan R. Barbier
Kim R. Clark
Victor S. Collin
Del Davis
Francis P. Gondouin
Suzanne M. Scott
Council then considered all applicants, including those who had
previously been interviewed.
After discussion, Councilmember Nave moved and Councilmember Russom
seconded, to appoint Suzanne M. Scott as Planning Commissioner to fill
the unexpired term of Robert E. Hoffmann, who resigned, to the end of
June, 1987.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli
Councilmember Frugoli, who was away on vacation, telephoned during the
special meeting and gave his consent to the appointment of Mrs. Scott
as Planning Commissioner, as required by adopted Council policy.
There being no further business, special meeting was adjourned.
