IN CONFERENCE ROOM 201 OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MONDAY, APRIL 27, 1987
AT 5:00 P.M.
Special Meeting: Present: Lawrence E. Mulryan, Mayor
San Rafael City Council Dorothy L. Breiner, Councilmember
Gary R. Frugoli, Councilmember
Richard Nave, Councilmember
Maynard Willms, Councilmember
Absent: None
Also present: Pamela J. Nicolai, City Manager; Jeanne M. Leoncini,
City Clerk
INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS AND CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO FILL TWO
VACANCIES ON THE SAN RAFAEL PLANNING COMMISSION (CC) - File 9-2-b
Council interviewed the following seven (7) additional applicants to fill
two vacancies on the San Rafael Planning Commission, whose applications
were received by deadline of 5:00 PM, Friday, April 24, 1987:
Richard Berger
Peter Frobenius
Robert Ingram
Noreen Kimelman
J. Stanley Ott
Judith Tipple
John T. Wick
One additional applicant, Ross Cobb, whose application was also received
by the deadline, was unable to be present for the interview due to a prior
commitment in Southern California.
Also, Mr. Daniel Simonsen, applicant who had been interviewed earlier,
sent a letter to Mayor Mulryan dated April 22, 1987, withdrawing his name
from consideration.
Council, without deliberation, agreed to call another Special Meeting
for 6:00 P.M. Monday, May 4, 1987 to interview Mr. Ross Cobb and then
consider appointments to fill two vacancies on the Planning Commission,
with terms to expire the end of June, 1990.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
