San Rafael City Council: Present: Lawrence E. Mulryan, Mayor
Albert J. Boro, Councilmember

Also Present: Pamela J. Nicolai, City Manager;

1. INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS TO FILL VACANCY ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION
(CC) - File 9-2-6
The Council interviewed the following applicants to fill a vacancy
on the Planning Commission for an unexpired term to the end of June,
1989, due to the election of Albert J. Boro as Councilmember to the
City of San Rafael on November 3, 1987:

Brockbank
Joyce
Burkett
Jack A.
Farley
Noreen
Kimelman
William
B. Londeree
David
Peterson
John A.
Starkweather
Judith
Tipple
Jeff Toreson
Peter
Walz
After discussion, Councilmember Frugoli moved and Councilmember Thayer
seconded, to appoint Peter Walz, to fill the unexpired term to the
end of June, 1989.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Thayer and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro and Breiner
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
Councilmember Boro then moved and Councilmember Breiner seconded,
and Council unanimously approved appointment of Peter Walz.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
