CITY COUNCIL FIELD TRIP:
REVIEW OF FOURTH STREET AREA BETWEEN LOOTENS PLACE AND LINCOLN AVENUE. -

The City Council, along with some members of the Planning Commission
and Redevelopment Citizens Advisory Committee, met.at the Third and "A"
Street Parking Structure at 9:00 AM, to take a field trip of the Fourth
Street Area between Lootens Place and Lincoln Avenue, including the
parking structure.
No formal action was taken.
