City Manager's Report: • City Manager Jim Schutz commented on the Sunset Criterium bike race event, the National Night Out event tomorrow, August 2, 2016, and the Memorandum of Understanding for Ritter Center, which will be agendized for the City Council meeting of August 15, 2016.
