Assignment, a Master Agency Agreement, Regulatory Agreements and Declaration of Restrictive
Covenants and Other Documents Relating Thereto, and Approving Other Actions and Matters Relating
Thereto, all with Respect to Martinelli House (1327 Lincoln Avenue) (RA)
