District for Material Testing and Special Inspection for the Construction
Inspection on the Medway Rule 20B Underground Conversion Project

4. Resolution Accepting a Proposal from Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. for Adopt Resolution.
Professional Services to Provide Construction Management and Project
Administration for the Medway/Canal Rule 20B Undergrounding District
Improvements and the Medway/Canal Enhancement Projects, and
Authorizing the Executive Director to Execute the Agreement in an
Amount not to Exceed $235,000 (PW)
5. Minutes of Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting of Thursday, Item removed from agenda at
June 7, 2007 (RA) request of staff.
