Approval of Minutes of Special and Regular Meetings of July 2, 2007 Approve as submitted. (AS) 2. Monthly Investment Report for June, 2007 (Fin) Accept report. 3. Resolution Authorizing the Sharing of Costs with San Rafael Sanitation Adopt Resolution. District for Material Testing and Special Inspection for the Construction Inspection on the Medway Rule 20B Underground Conversion Project (PW) 4. Resolution Accepting a Proposal from Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. for Adopt Resolution. Professional Services to Provide Construction Management and Project Administration for the Medway/Canal Rule 20B Undergrounding District Improvements and the Medway/Canal Enhancement Projects, and Authorizing the Executive Director to Execute the Agreement in an Amount not to Exceed $235,000 (PW) 5. Minutes of Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting of Thursday, Item removed from agenda at June 7, 2007 (RA) request of staff.
