CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOMITION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
ROCHELLE GRECHMAN-DIBLEY
WHEREAS, Rochelle has been employed in the Recreation Department's Child Care Division since
November 1, 1987, and has been the Child Care Coordinator since June 16,1992; and
WHEREAS, when asked for information or assistance, Rochelle can always be counted on to
respond promptly and courteously, never treating the request as an imposition; and
WHEREAS, Rochelle served for two years as a member of the Employee Recognition Committee,
actively participating in planning annual events and generating increased interest in
the program; and
WHEREAS, every interaction with Rochelle is a pleasant experience, for she is enthusiastic, eager
to help, and unfailingly nice; and
WHEREAS, Rochelle 's upbeat personality, positive energy and concern for others are inspiring to
her fellow employees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Sart
Rafael hereby designate Rochelle Grechman-Dibley as the Employee of the Quarter for the
period ending June 30, 1996 and express sincere appreciation to Rochelle for her dedication and
outstanding service to the City of San Rafael.
