Also that there be a separate resolution or expression by the City Council that notwithstanding the silence in the MOU, the SMART Board, at its next meeting when it takes up the issue of this MOU, on its own initiative, to incorporate language along the lines discussed this evening that makes reference to the multi-use path in the context of the 2015 multi- party MOU. Councilmember Reports: Councilmember Colin announced the Homelessness Town Hall with Senator Mike McGuire to be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. She also announced a seminar on Housing First & Homelessness in April by Ian D'young.
