PRESENTS THIS
RESChUTION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
WILLIE LAGLEVA
WHEREAS, Willie Lagleva began working in the Central Services Division in 1987 on a
temporary basis, and was hired as a regular employee on August 6, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Willie works methodically and efficiently, requiring little supervision, and he
routinely accepts new responsibilities without complaint; and
WHEREAS, Willie adapts easily to unexpected situations and "last minute" requests, and lie
is known for his willingness to make extra efforts to ensure that printing work
and the daily mail are completed promptly and professionally; and
WHEREAS, Willie understands how his work impacts the various City departments and always
takes pride in his job performance, treating all assignments as important ones and
with enthusiasm; and
WHEREAS, Willie's professional attitude is exemplary and his congenial and cooperative spirit
is highly regarded by his fellow employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby designate Willie Lagleva as Employee of the Quarter for the period ending
March 31, 1995 and express sincere appreciation to Willie for his dedication and outstanding
service to the City of San Rafael.
