Agreement for Professional Services with RBF Consulting to Complete the
Preparation of An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the San Rafael
Target Store Project at the Shoreline Center, Increasing the Maximum
Contract Amount by $8,500 (From $309,602.00 to $318,102.00) and Extending
the Term of the Agreement Through December 31, 2009 (CD)
4. FY 2007/2008 Annual Financial Audit Report; the Gann Appropriation Limit Accept Reports and
Report; the Single Audit Report and the Memorandum on Internal Control Memorandum on Internal
Structure (Fin) Control Structure.
