A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT
OF PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT TO
MICHAEL D. AND ARDETH A. CRAFORD, 10 MORGAN
LANE, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the easement hereinafter mentioned be conveyed to
Michael D. and Ardeth A. Craford for use as a private sanitary sewer facility.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute that certain grant of private sanitary sewer easement to Michael D.
and Ardeth A. Craford, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the
adoption of this Resolution.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 21st
day of June, 1993, by the following vote, to wit:

additional easements therefore to others.
It is further agreed that the easement conveyed herein is exclusive
to Grantees and to their contiguous real property.

SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
City of San Rafael
EXHIBIT "A"
A sanitary sewer easement for the installation and maintenance
of an underground sanitary sewer conduit; twenty (20.00') feet
in width over a portion of that certain tract of land conveyed to
the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, as described in Deed Book 3751 of Offi-
cial Records, at Page 85, Marin County Records, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 47 as shown upon that
certain map entitled, "Map of Villa Real, Unit 2", filed in Book
8 of Maps at Page 66, Marin County Records, thence along the
westerly line of said subdivision shown as "Land of Parnow, Not a
Part of This Subdivision", South 010 00'00" East a distance of
147.43 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North
75015'00" East a distance of 45.72 feet to a point in the Wester-
ly right-of-way line of Junipero Serra -Avenue, said point being
the POINT OF TERMINUS.
The side lines of said strips shall be lengthened or shortened at
the beginning and terminus points so as to terminate on boundary
and right-of-way lines.
