CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOhUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
SAN RAFAEL HIGH SCHOOL FLAG TEAK
WHEREAS, the 1992-93 San Rafael High School Flag Team, under
their coach Tami Fox, placed fourth at the Flag
Competition at Universal Studios in Hollywood,
California, on March 21, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Flag Team is a completely new team with no
returning members, yet they received a fourth place
out of eight experienced flag teams; and
WHEREAS, the team is composed of seven San Rafael High School
students, Cary Alvord, Rocio Aceves, Shawna Hoch,
Victoria Howell, Hallie Levine, Kelly McGrath and
Tonya VonBima, and is coached by Tami Fox, a student
at Sonoma State University and a graduate of San
Rafael High School; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael High School Flag Team has done an
excellent job performing and representing their school
with bulldog pride and dignity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Rafael hereby
commends the Flag Team and their coach for their
oustanding efforts this year; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, on behalf of all its residents, hereby pays
tribute to the San Rafael High School Flag Team for
their diligence and commitment.
