A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR RIGHT OF WAY
PURPOSES FROM HURT A. CALLIES - MARIPOSA ROAD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare require
that the real property hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for the benefit of the
public of the City of San Rafael, California.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain deed from Kurt A. Callies for and on
behalf of the City of San Rafael and the real property described therein, all as more
particularly described and set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, and shall be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Marin, State of California at close of escrow.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 5th day of April, 1993, by the following
vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

KURT A. CALLIES, described as a single man by Deed, dated May 2, 1983
hereinafter called the Grantor, and THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal corporation organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, hereinafter called the Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
THAT the Grantor, for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof are hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm, to the Grantee and to the Grantee's successors
and assigns forever, all that certain real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging to, or
in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
TO HAVE, AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the
Grantee and the Grantee's successors and assigns forever.

Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of that certain parcel
of land described in the deed recorded on March 18, 1991 in
Series No. 83-020923, Marin County records;
Thence westerly along the northerly boundary line of said
parcel of land North 81"3610011, West 2.74 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the left;
Thence along the arc of a curve concave to the east whose
center bears South 58025'52" East, having a radius of 30.50
feet, through a central angle of 5903110111, an arc distance
of 31.68 feet to a point on the easterly line of said parcel
of land;
Thence along the said easterly line North 7"0010011, East
30.09 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 123.43 square feet more or less.
