A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
RIDING TURF MOWER
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Equipment
Replacement Program for 1991/92, specifications were drawn and bids
solicited for a riding turf mower for the Parks Division in Public
Works; and
and
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on March 25, 1992;
WHEREAS, the bid of West Cal Tractor was the lowest
responsible bid received and it met the specifications; and
WHEREAS, it is staff's recommendation that the bid of
West Cal Tractor be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that staff is hereby authorized to purchase a riding turf
mower from West Cal Tractor for the price of $10,949.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Mondav , the 6th day of April ,
1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
