A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING THE 1991/92 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 8465
adopting the 1991/92 Budget and Resolution 8677 amending the
1991/92 Budget.
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for City
operations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City
Council a report outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation, and due
consideration, the City Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto
and made part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that Resolutions 8465 & 8677 are amended to provide an
additional $221,348 for current expenditures.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is
authorized to transfer $20,393 from the General Fund to the
Recreation Funds.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 8th day of September , 1992, by the following
vote, to wit:
