RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING ITS MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
BY REDUCING THE TRANSPORTATION PERMIT FEE
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1987, by Resolution No. 7553, the
City of San Rafael last amended its Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, AB 1849 required development of a standard Trans-
portation Permit Application form and placed a limit on city and
county permit fees not to exceed those charged by the California
Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and
WHEREAS, the fee presently charged by the City of San
Rafael for a Transportation Permit is in excess of those charged
by Caltrans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of San Rafael hereby amends its Master Fee Schedule as
follows:
1. The fee listed in Schedule D, Section 11.1.5 for
a Transportation Permit is hereby reduced from $45.00
to $15.00 for a single trip and riders and $70.00
for an annual or repetitive permit.

California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 4th day of June, 1990, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
