PRESENTS THIS
RE50LUTI0N OF 11PPREEIdTION
TO
ROSS COBB
WHEREAS, Ross Cobb was appointed to the San Rafael Planning Commission on
May 4, 1987, and served through July 2, 1990.
WHEREAS, Ross lent invaluable perspective to Planning Commission proceedings
from his extensive private sector experience; and
Ross approached each Planning Commission vote with his characteristic
objectivity, incisive analysis and decisiveness; and
WHEREAS, Ross Cobb's tenure at the Planning Commission was distinguished
by his sense of fair play, his good humor and his tireless commitment
to excellence; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Rafael hereby offers
its sincere gratitude to Ross Cobb for his generous contribution
of time and talent to his community; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council wishes Ross the very best of
health and happiness in the future.
Duly adopted this 2nd day of July, 1990.
