1. Special Meeting:
1. Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointments to Fill Two Four -Year
Terms on the San Rafael Planning Commission, Due to Expiration of Terms of Gerald
Belletto and Berenice Davidson, to the end of June, 2021 (CC) — File 9-2-6
Plannina Commission Interviews
The City Council interviewed the following applicants: Gerald Belletto, Berenice Davidson, Jeffrey
Schoppert and Jay Yinger. Jeffrey Moss Charles was unable to attend.
After discussion, there was Council consensus to reappoint Berenice Davidson and appoint Jeffrey
Schoppert to fill two four-year terms to the end of June, 2021 on the San Rafael Planning Commission.
2. Interviews of Applicants and Consideration of Appointments to Fill Two Four -Year
Terms on the San Rafael Design Review Board, Due to Expiration of Terms of Jeff Kent
and Eric Spielman, to the end of June, 2021 (CC) — File 9-2-39
Desiqn Review Board Interviews
The City Council interviewed the following applicants: Jeffrey Kent, Garren Owens and Eric
Spielman. Jeffrey Moss Charles was unable to attend.
After discussion, there was Council consensus to reappoint Jeffrey Kent and Eric Spielman to fill two four-
year terms to the end of June, 2021 on the San Rafael Design Review Board.
