a) Resolution Declaring Canvass of Returns and Results of Consolidated General
Municipal Election held on November 3, 2009 (CC)

Recommend adoption of Resolution.
b) Swearing-In Ceremonies:
The following to be sworn in by Mayor Boro:
1) Jon Loberg, Board of Education Trustee
2) Natu Tuatagaloa, Board of Education Trustee
3) Barbara Heller, Councilmember
4) Marc Levine, Councilmember
ADJOURNMENT - to Reception in City Hall Lobby
Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Agency Board less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be
available for inspection in the City Clerkâs Office, Room 209, 1400 Fifth Avenue, and placed with other agenda-related materials on the table in
front of the Council Chamber prior to the meeting.
