Program (NTPP) Northgate Gap Closure Bikeway Improvements, Project # 11117,
recommendation.
and Authorize the City Clerk to Call for Bids (PW)

Green Building Requirements by Replacing Section 14.16.365 with a New Chapter 12.44 (Green Building
Requirements) and Amending Chapters 12.16 (California Plumbing Code) Chapter 12.20 (California Electrical
Code) and Chapter 12.12 (California Building Code) to Include Local Code Amendments Requiring Pre-Wiring and
Pre-Plumbing for Future Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Hot Water Systems in New Buildings, Insulating Exposed Hot
Water Pipes in Remodeling Projects and Adding a Radiant Barrier in Certain Reroofing Projects. Applicant: City of
