A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
TACTICAL SURVEILLANCE RECEIVER, TRANSMITTERS
AND ACCESSORIES FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPART-
MENT FROM AEROLOG INDUSTRIES, INC. NORTHBRIDGE,
CALIFORNIA, IN AMOUNT OF $8,598.72
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids solicited for
the above-mentioned equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the General Services
Department staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken: Purchase the following
award of bid for:
One (1) Tactical Surveillance Receiver, Transmitters
and Ancillary Equipment from Aerolog Industries,
Inc. for the amount of $8,598.72.
Said Aerolog Industries, Inc. being the low bidder that meets
specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the FIRST day of AUGUST , 1988, by the following vote,
to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
