DEXTER FOR PORTIONS OF A.P. #14-152-02 AND #14-152-32 & 33 WHEREAS, on April 18, 1988 the San Rafael City Council adopted Resolution No. 7717, entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Rafael Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Agreement to Settle a Title Dispute with George H. Dexter, Jr. and Geraldine L. Dexter"; and WHEREAS, that agreement called for George H. Dexter, Jr. and Geraldine L. Dexter to quitclaim interests in real estate described in Exhibits "B", "C", & "D" (attached). NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Rafael hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute all additional documents necessary to implement the agreement entered into under Resolution 7717, including the acceptance of quitclaim deeds.
