City Manager's Report City Manager Jim Schutz paid tribute to Randy Coleman, former San Rafael Finance Director, who passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Mayor Phillips presented flowers to Randy's wife, Glena Coleman. Glena Coleman CONSENT CALENDAR: 4.
