1. Approval of Minutes of Regular Redevelopment Agency Meeting of Approve as submitted.

2. Monthly Investment Report for Month Ending November, 2010 (Fin) Accept report.
3. Resolution Authorizing the Economic Development Director to Execute a Adopt Resolution.
Professional Services Agreement with Chez Brigitte, LLC for the 2011
Downtown Farmers’ Market Festival (From 1/1/11 – 12/31/11) (RA)

4. Resolution Approving the Allocation of an Amount Not to Exceed Two Hundred and Ten Thousand Dollars
($210,000) for the Purchase of a Below Market Rate Housing Unit (APN 175-441-08) (RA)
