City Manager’s Report City Manager Jim Schutz reported on: • Legislative updates • Mill Valley Film Festival event to be held October 5-15, 2017 - San Rafael Film Center to be one of the venues City Attorney Robert Epstein • Introduced Deputy City Attorney Lauren Monson. • Reported on his visit to Sun Valley Elementary School 3rd graders and attended a mock City Council meeting 2 Mayor Phillips CONSENT CALENDAR: 4. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Kermani Consulting Group, for Disaster Cost Recovery Consulting Services to Increase the Compensation for a Total Not to Exceed Amount of $95,000 (PW) – File 4-3-537 Disaster Cost Recovery RESOLUTION 14390 – RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KERMANI CONSULTING GROUP, FOR DISASTER COST RECOVERY CONSULTING SERVICES TO INCREASE THE COMPENSATION FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $95,000 e.
