Councilmember McCullough moved and Councilmember Colin seconded to dispense with the r eading of the ordinance in its entirety and refer to it by title only, and pass Charter Ordinance No. 1948 to print by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmembers: Bushey, Colin, Gamblin, McCullough & Mayor Phillips NOES: Councilmembers: None ABSENT: Councilmembers: None Passed Ordinance No. 1948 to print Councilmember McCullough moved and Councilmember Colin seconded to adopt the Resolution subject to the commentary to ensure that this item is brought back in one year, and that sufficient flexibility is vested in the Public Works Director on the issues discussed to calibrate the program RESOLUTION 14400 – RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO FINALIZE AND APPROVE A SIDEWALK REPAIR COST-SHARING PROGRAM 7 AYES: Councilmembers: Bushey, Colin, Gamblin, McCullough & Mayor Phillips NOES: Councilmembers: None ABSENT: Councilmembers: None COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS / REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: 6.
