Rebecca Sullivan, "Elevate the Discussion" co-founder, addressed the City Council regarding the Elevate the Discussion pledge / Mayor Phillips Jeff Rhoads, Resilient Shore, addressed Council regarding Resilient by Design 2 CITY MANAGER’S REPORT: 3.
