Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): Significant Exposure to Litigation (One potential case) • City Attorney Robert Epstein announced that no reportable action was taken OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION – 7:00 PM: Bob Richard, Marin County Representative for California's Electoral Reform, addressed the City Council regarding district elections Salamah Locks, Marin Commission on Aging, announced their next meeting on December 7, and reported on San Rafael Age Friendly Committee Steve Reinhardt addressed the City Council regarding noise at San Rafael City Plaza, the piano playing program, signage to control the noise and closure times. Rebecca Sullivan, "Elevate the Discussion" co-founder, addressed the City Council regarding the Elevate the Discussion pledge / Mayor Phillips Jeff Rhoads, Resilient Shore, addressed Council regarding Resilient by Design 2 CITY MANAGER’S REPORT: 3.
