Resolution Supporting AB 37 (Huffman) Requiring the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to Allow Customers to Opt -Out of Wireless Smart Meter Installations (CM) 4. Resolution in Opposition to the Governor's Proposal to Abolish Redevelopment Agencies in California (CM) RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING ACTION: Approve as submitted. Adopt Resolution.
