URGENCY MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA WHICH ARE WITHIN THE SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. PRESENTATIONS ARE GENERALLY LIMITED TO TWO MINUTES. ALL
MATTERS REQUIRING A RESPONSE WILL BE REFERRED TO STAFF FOR REPLY IN WRITING AND/OR
PLACED ON A FUTURE MEETING AGENDA. PLEASE CONTACT THE AGENCY SECRETARY BEFORE
MEETING.

ALL MATTERS ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR ARE TO BE APPROVED BY ONE MOTION, UNLESS
SEPARATE ACTION IS REQUIRED ON A PARTICULAR ITEM:
1. Approval of Minutes of Regular Redevelopment Agency Meeting of June 20 , 2011 (AS)
Recommended Action - Approve as submitted
2. Resolution Adopting San Rafael Redevelopment Agency Approving a Request to the Marin County Board of
Supervisors to Authorize a Temporary Transfer of Funds for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 (Fin)
Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution.
3. a) Resolution Adopting the Redevelopment Agency Budget for the Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Providing for the
Appropriation and Expenditure of all Sums Set Forth in Said Budget (in the amount of $5,664,930)
b) Resolution Adopting Amendments to the Redevelopment Agency Budget for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 (Fin)
Recommended Action – Adopt Resolutions (2)
