A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE LEASE WITH SHELL OIL
COMPANY FOR A PORTION OF CITY PROPERTY AT THE
CORNER OF SECOND STREET AND LINCOLN AVENUE TO

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The lease dated November 5, 1962, between the CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL and the SHELL OIL COMPANY for a portion of City owned
property at the corner of Second Street and Lincoln Avenue is
hereby extended to May 31, 1983, on the same terms and conditions
of the original lease as amended or extended.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resoltuion was duly and regularly
