Planning, Inc., to Develop Conceptual Design Alternatives for the
Pickleweed Community Center Expansion (RA)
AGENCY CONSIDERATION:
4. Resolution Authorizing a $180,000 Resale Price for a Below Market Rate Unit at Baypoint Lagoons and
a Payment of up to Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) to Marin Housing to Fund the Cost of the
Unit Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Other Costs in Excess of the Resale Price (RA)
