CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
MICHAEL PATRICK COSTELLO
WHEREAS, MICHAEL PATRICK COSTELLO has given thirteen years of dis-
tinguished service to the citizens of this community; and
WHEREAS, It is hereby recognized that during his tenure as a police
officer, he served as a patrol officer, motorcycle officer,
corporal, and Sergeant in Patrol and Juvenile Investi-
gations; and
WHEREAS, SERGEANT COSTELLO'S high standards, integrity, and fairness
have gained him the respect and admiration of his fellow
officers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, in grateful acknowledgement of MICHAEL PATRICK
COSTELLO'S outstanding record of service to the City of
San Rafael, expresses sincere appreciation, and warm-
hearted wishes for a very fulfilling career in private
business.
